Track Your Item

To track an item you will need the Royal Mail or Parcelforce tracking number.

For an item sent TO you, then ask the sender to confirm that they have sent it by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and tell you the tracking number. Not all services are tracked, and some are only partially tracked. Ordinary 1st and 2nd class mail are not tracked and there is no way to trace an item, although if you call us we can check if we are holding it for you. Signed For items are only tracked at the point of delivery - if the mail is still in transit there will be no record, except possibly of the sending office. On the Royal Mail tracking information (follow the link below), 'Coltishall SPDO' means the item was tracked at our sorting office - it doesn't mean we have it here.

For an item you have posted, you will need the receipt, or certificate of posting, issued to you at the time of posting. This will show the tracking number where it says Barcode. If you don't have a record of the tracking number there is no way to find it - we do not keep records of these.

Royal Mail Tracking  Please note on the Royal Mail tracking information 'Coltishall SPDO' means the item was tracked at our sorting office, often on receipt prior to delivery - it doesn't mean we are holding it at the Post Office.
